Jerome Howard is the founder of Dynamic Performance Development, a fitness company based on helping clients become the most dynamic version of themselves. Howard, a tri-sport athlete in high school, earned himself a D1 football scholarship to Prairie View A & M University (PVAMU). Howard, the first in his family to graduate from college, left PVAMU with bachelor of science degree in human performance. Howard spent the next few years after college taking notes and speaking with a wide array of professionals about their experiences and how they dealt with transitions in their lives. “So Now What?” was written as a note to self while also shifting the paradigm of entitlement and regaining the sense of accountability that Howard feels has hit an all-time low. The information listed is over 100 years of wisdom and practicality from numerous professions such as NFL strength & conditioning coaches, divisional managers, collegiate coaches, entrepreneurs, elite athletes and more. Although we may not have all the answers, we can do our best by starting today to create a better tomorrow.
